Mollitiam Coaching is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with our services. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

Information We Collect

We may collect personal information such as name, email address, and phone number when you contact us or engage our coaching services. If you purchase a coaching package or session, we also collect and store:

  • Your account email and sign-in activity (used for passwordless sign-in to your client dashboard).
  • Purchase and payment history, including which package you bought, the amount paid, and payment status (card details themselves are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our systems).
  • Your remaining session credits and booking history.
  • Session booking details (date, time, session type) via our scheduling provider, Calendly.
  • Any objectives, targets, and actions you choose to record in your client dashboard's goal-tracking feature.

How We Use Your Information

Information is used to respond to enquiries, process payments, schedule and manage coaching sessions, track your remaining session credits, and provide coaching services. We do not sell personal information. We share the minimum necessary information with the following third-party processors solely to deliver these services:

  • Stripe - processes payments. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the card and billing data it handles directly.
  • Calendly - manages session scheduling and booking confirmations.
  • Microsoft 365 (Graph API) - sends transactional emails (sign-in links, booking confirmations) from our business mailbox.

Your data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database associated with this site and is retained for as long as your account is active, or as required to meet our legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

Your Account and Data Access

You can view your purchase history, remaining session credits, and objectives/targets/actions at any time by signing in to your client dashboard. To request a copy of your data, or to request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to our legal retention obligations, e.g. financial records), contact us at coaching@mollitiam.com.au.
